Travel:
There is a travel fee associated with all bookings outside of Houston, TX. Consult before booking to confirm availability and fee. Available in other locations on any date and times upon request.
Travel in Texas is $50 per hour one-way. To calculate the travel price, use Bellaire, TX.
Out-of-State travel fee begins at $400, rates may vary depending on location. This price does not include flight.
Squeeze Ins/After Hours:
VIP/Squeeze in fee: $100.00 This option is not always available. If you are not on schedule for that day and have to make changes to my schedule to accommodate you, you are obligated to pay the additional fee.
After Hours: Before 10:00AM and after 9:00PM
Booking Policy:
At the time of booking, a variable nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. Please select the session you are interested in, and use Add-Ons as needed. Although time slots will show availability, It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to confirm date and time before booking via text (832) 417 9947 or email contact@ttsenre.com
If your date/time is not available, please reach out. After submitting your booking request, a message will be sent to you regarding confirmation of your session. If you need to cancel your appointment the deposit acts as a cancellation fee. There are NO REFUNDS on completed images.
Makeup artists/ Hairstylists are welcomed on set. Photographer is not responsible to supply any additional props, accessories prior to, or during a booking. Failure to properly prepare will sole serve the photographer no responsibility.
Rescheduling Policy:
There is a $50 fee associated with rescheduling of any appointment. 100% of the rescheduling fee is due at the time of rescheduling. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before appointment. No same day rescheduling.
Payment Policy:
Sessions must be paid in full before the shoot date or immediately after the shoot via cash, credit card, square or Zelle. We also offer Afterpay as a payment option.
Time and Arrival:
Please respect the time and yours and arrive on time. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lack of punctuality. If you are late to your session, there is a possibility your session will be canceled or that your time may be cut short.
There is an additional $25 late fee for clients who are 15 minutes late. Session is canceled after 25 minutes.
Image Policy:
Image proofs are returned to client within 1-4 business days from when they are taken. Turnaround time may vary depending on the volume of business experienced at the time images are being edited. Normal turnaround time for edited images are 7-10 business days from the date final edit selections are made.
Revision Policy:
2 rounds of revisions are complementary. If the Client would like additional revisions after files have been sent and finalised, there will be a $50 revision fee per revision along with any other fees.
Expedited Edits:
Proofs are delivered within 12 hours of your session. Images will be delivered 24,48, or 72 hours from selection time.
Extra Edits - $35 per extra edit.
Expedited Edits - $200 (24 Hours) | $150 (48 Hours) | $100 (72 Hours).
